For those tight assed canonites with hemorrhoids and no sense of humor, Memory Alpha has created a so-called article on Coffee.

Coffee is the drink preferred by real starship captains who were not French. Kathryn Janeway once destroyed an entire solar system in the Delta Quadrant in order to get some coffee. At her court martial, Janeway said it was a "shame to have to do it, but that was the best damn cup of joe" she ever had. The court-martial exonerated her, saying that she had acted in the best Starfleet tradition. VOY: "The Starbucks Lost" Captain Lexi, the coffee drinker is well known for her tastes of this rare bean.

This article is a complete fabrication, of course. Janeway would never destroy a star group for one lousy cup of coffee. A few months supply of java, though....
